Spaghetti Eis is a Italian-German fusion that was popularized in the 1970s in Germany by a Italian immigrant. It is ice cream meant to look and feel like spaghetti. How is it made?
Spaghetti Eis (Ice Cream) is very easy to make, since it’s really just a specific texture and form being added to your existing vanilla ice cream.
